My Approach

Like therapy, I believe LPC supervision is a collaborative process. I will work with you to help you identify your strengths and areas for growth.

Being a supervisor means wearing different hats and being able to do so at appropriate times. As a supervisor, I am also a counselor, coach, and consultant, on a path to become your colleague.

I’m also here to guide you on your journey toward private practice. There are so many things I didn’t learn in graduate school, and I want to share them with you to help you be successful.

What to Expect

As your supervisor, it’s important that you feel comfortable and confident opening up about what challenges you may be facing. We will discuss legal and ethical issues as they pertain to the practice of therapy as well as being in private practice.

If you so choose, I can also help you build a website where you can connect with potential clients. Having a successful practice myself means that I can guide you on the business side of private practice as well.

I want you to have the best start to your career as a professional counselor. For more information visit my supervision website through the link below.
